Sorry to see this morning that a small but noticeablr collection of bottles and cans seems to have been dumped at the side of the Meade footpath overnight.
No excuse for that at all.

The next litter pick will take place on 25 April. Lots of volunteers needed. A good opportunity to get rid of these piles of old cans and bottles.
If the Meade footpath is the one up by Prispen field then the rubbish is the stuff which I fished out while digging the brambles out of the hedge which was laid in February 2008. I am leaving it for a while to show people. When I did the other part of the hedge nearer Parsonage Lane myself. I wrote to the Parish Council making the case for a rubbish bin by the garages to go with the dog poo bin. Was I surprised to receive no reply to my letter?
