BNP leaflet the village

So, Blackbuck and his racial nationalist comrades have decided that Silverton is ripe for a recruitment drive and have come out to do some leafletting. I think its only to be expected that this blog will be making some comments on this development within the next few days.

'fraid you are wrong there, Tobireg. I was not amongst the lads and lasses that gave a few hours of their weekend to introduce themselves and the British National Party to the good folk of Silverton. I should have loved to have been there but the Party are to mount a very large demonstration in Stoke on Trent, where we have nine councillors, within the next few days and I have been very busy with these arrangements.
You may recall (or not) that last year a Muslim gentleman of Stoke on Trent stabbed one of our members, his next door neighbour, in the back and killed him due to a dispute over a land grab by this neighbour, Mr Khan. We feel that he should have been charged with murder and not the lesser one of manslaughter that he has now been convicted of. Hence the large protest against what we consider to be a derisory sentence of four years in jail, (before "discount", shall we say, eighteen months?) to be followed by a electronic tagging arrangement for a further four years. Sure as hell would have been different if the roles had been reversed and our member had murdered Mr Khan! He would probably been locked in The Tower until he popped his cloggs!
So, I have been up and down the country, organising coaches, helping to arrange T.V. broadcasts on our website (yes, we do "stream" live television from www.bnp.org.uk) and lots of other necessary arrangements.
I am very happy to report that our team of volunteers were very well received in Silverton but then, why wouldn't they be and had a very fruitful and encouraging outing. The same can be said for our other foray into Bude on Thursday last. From that we have already signed up three new members a figure that could very well be exceeded by Silvertonians. Makes it all worth while, somehow.
